Feeling Unhealthy and Unhygienic

I can't get fancy food out taken to me.

My brother is in the shower, again, and I go to the bathroom, a lot, because I'm fat and weaker.  I just feel kinda disgusting but not in a microscopic way and ma not looking forward to talki a shower,
